RETURN POLICY:

All items may be returned to Leggett Supply for a refund within 30 days of delivery.  If you received the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective you will also be refunded the outgoing shipping charge and we will cover the cost of the return shipping charge to the warehouse.  All other items may be returned, at your expense, and upon receipt of item a refund will be given for the amount of the item only, not shipping.  THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS:

In the event of an incorrect item received, or a defective item, please rebox the item and insert your packing slip (located on the outside of the box) inside the box and indicate either “refund request” or “exchange for correct product” on the slip and retape box. Notify us at 918-681-2211 when the box is ready to be picked up. We will issue an electronic call tag through UPS and they will pick up the box within 1-3 business days at the address it was delivered. Your only responsibility is to make the parcel available for pickup. Once received in the warehouse, we will issue the refund or exchange per your instructions.

For all other refunds follow the above procedure to rebox and mail it back to the address on the packing slip at your convenience. Once received in the warehouse we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only.
