SHIPPING POLICY:

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground within 2 days of the order date, EXCEPT, orders specified as expedited shipping.  Oversized items such as furnaces, air conditioners, etc, are shipped via Federal Express Freight.  These oversized items are designated with a statement that buyer must call us for the shipping amount.  Federal Express will contact buyer directly to arrange a date and time for delivery of the product once it leaves our warehouse. 

The shipping amount is determined by the weight, dimensional weight and destination zip code of the package. 

All items are shipped out of our warehouse facility located in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Delivery times for destination are based on the UPS zone chart.
